For me it's Strangefish's Full Scale, the album was released so late last year in December that it had missed all the polls back then, so I take the liberty to make it my choice for 2004. Apart from that Saga's Network and ACT's Imaginary Friendsare very close in second place.

Saga - network
Queen - live at the bowl
europe - start from the dark
