Back where you belong

I need some informations about Michael Sadlers 'Back where you belong'.
I know it was an internet release only, but my questions are:
was it released both as a Special edition numbered cd and as a 'normal' cd?
How many were released of the numbered cd's?
I have seen albums with a bonus track, which albums had that extra track?

I didn't have pc and internet back in 1998.

Silent i have missed you in Beverungen at the Fan Meeting, perhaps you can participate later times.

The BWYBL is a really Internet Special Edition it comes in 1.000 pieces and the Cd's are numbered (Stamped on the Cover Inlet with original Autograph from Michael).

I have never seen the Cd with the Bonus Track, i do not mean it give it, the Bonus Track "Magix" was only buy on Internet with a Download.

Michael Sadler had a CD that was available only via the Internet in 1998, huh? Well, that just puts the Progressive in ProgRock, doesn't it? I always thought that the guys in Saga were ahead of their time...
