The Music Box

We’re going to a concert from the music box it’s a cover band, they play the lamb lies down on Broadway from Genesis.

The tickets are €40, - I never paid so much for a cover band but a lot of people we know are going so I think it will be fun.

Has anyone already heard of seen this band?

I saw the band (btw, its name is Musical Box) last year when they performed Foxtrot.

The price was even higher (50 €, if I remember right), but if you liked Genesis (I mean the Peter Gabriel Genesis) then it's worth. It's a perfect copy in every detail. Former Genesis members highly appreciate the work of Musical Box.

I haven't seen the band myself but from what I hear they must be stunning, the hype they created in North America is unbelievable. They'll be in Glasgow in the near future though I'll be unable to make it as my studies recomence.

There is a DVD to be released or has already been released but just with parts of the show. I suppose the whole thing we'll get on DVD when they get tired of touring.

I saw TMB yesterday in Germering near Munich. If you still want to know how it was then I recommend this review about two concerts in Italy (in German). There's almost nothing I could add. The only exception is that I saw the Genesis show in 1974, too.
