Canadian Shows moved back, US shows now booking
Hi Everyone,
Lots of great things happening for us and everyone we know, hope the best things are happening for all of you as well.
In order to support Michael's appearance on the ACQB Top 10, US shows are now planned in the September slot previously planned for Canada. Canadian dates are now pushed back to November (tentatively).
We are in the fast and furious process of getting everything together as Michael completed the band just in the last 2 days. So, another round of phone calls to let everyone know the country of venue has changed. Shocked
Band's current status is:
Band set-up: 2 guitars, 1 bass, drums, 2 keyboards, 4 member choir
Time slot : Rehearsals ......September 4-11 approx.
.................Shows..............September 12-24 approx.
Merchandise: Yay!!! We finally have merch items, wait till you see them, they'll be ready shortly and we'll figure out how to sell them online
Number of shows: Michael would like to do about 7-9 shows, but we'll see what happens
Our choice of cities and venues is of course dictated by listener support, so we'll probably go where they like Michael's music. We don't want to be hit by bottles, you know?
Check out the chart for this week's numbers and if you're a US listener and would like to hear Michael play, please let us know where you are. Wink
As for our dear friends on the forum, now would be a good time to liven things up around here and at our other favorite SAGA sites. As always, many thanks for the level of cordiallity extended by everyone, it is always appreciated.Michael can't get to the forum enough lately so he'll have to do it on the fly. He's on his way to do the shows in Denmark as I write.
Good luck to the guys, hope they break their legs. From what I saw at 279, they're playing great, they look happy and they're having fun.
That's all folks, more soon!
