We just did a new physical inventory and we ran across some things that we thought would be of interest to you. As you probably know, Michael has been kind enough to guest on a number of albums that Henning has put out such as 'chain.exe (also on the DVD), Babysteps and doing a wee bit of backing vocals on Frameshift "An Absence of Empathy". Anyway, here is what we found:

We also found a box of chain.exe (which has Michael on 2 tracks, the amazing 38 minute epic Cities and a unique cover of Hot to Cold and he is also on the DVD. Speaking of limited editions.
