Highlights:
Going to the gig with the legend that is Wilkie
On The Air & Keep It Real
What a great way to open!
World’s Apart
As I didn’t discover the band until “In Transit” was released this was my chance to be on the “Worlds Apart Tour”. I hope they continue with this theme as next time we may get Silent Knight, Images At Twilight or Saga.
The Interview
The only other time I had seen this song performed live was on the Australian released VHS video. This song really does come alive when performed on stage.
Conversations
Fantastic “thick” keyboard sound. Better than when in Birmingham on the Behaviour Tour.
If I Were You and Believe
Fortunately for me (I’m not a huge acoustic fan) the “unplugged” song count was kept down to only 3. Having said that If I Were You and Believe worked really well but as for Scratching The Surface I would still prefer to hear it played as it should especially now that Daryl’s voice is just so much better these days.
Don't Make A Sound
Now this is the song I really wanted to hear. This song is Saga. To me it’s like the new Will It Be You, Ice Nice or Tired World.
I'm Back
This sure was belted out!
Encores
My first thought when the band came back on and performed Don't Be Late was that they had run overtime and had dropped Once in A Lifetime. But fortunately for us all they went straight into The Flyer – a popular choice judging by the reaction of the crowd.
Meeting lots of people e.g. Carmen, Mikee, Speedy, Proggy
Funnys:
Amnesia
Michael Sadler had it on the night because he forgets to play Jim Crichton’s keyboard .
No Regrets
Jim Crichton puts on his glasses to play this one but it doesn’t help as a few rogue notes are played
All in all a great show. Saga just seem to get better each time I see them and hopefully as they’ve been to England for the last 2 album tours the days of missing us out are a thing of the past.
Thanks Saga - you're the best

Maybe this might require another thread, but why is everyone else against P&TP?kuschelhawk hat geschrieben:wilkie UK hat geschrieben:.....or maybe even 'Pleasure And The Pain'Bilston06032003 hat geschrieben:World’s Apart

I think that P&P is the worst album Saga produced ...wilkie UK hat geschrieben: Maybe this might require another thread, but why is everyone else against P&TP?
