God Knows

The song God Knows on House of Cards has some spoken words through it. Does anybody know if that is from a movie or what. I never really noticed it before. They seem to be talking about winter and a comming storm. I have been listening to it going to sleep and it suprised me I had never noticed it before. I have search the liner notes but don't see any reference to it.

'Growing old ain't for sissies' and YES, it is Bette Davis!

Yes thank you. Then further on are they seem to be talking about a comming storm.
I thought they would have to give credit for using a film in a recordeing.
