Yes, that seems to be the case. However, I think Toto might be regretting this, given the response at Saga's European gigs, last year.

I saw today the ad in the paper for the show, It looks like they are selling the show as both having same exposure although SAGA is being announced as special guest star and not as an opening act. Also they are announcing SAGA with"laser show" and both names having he same size in the page. Believe me, SAGA will bring more people than Toto but they are doing this to fill the 20,000 seats new modern coliseum.
