Helix
Hallo Brian,

Do you still have the litle Knife??
Cheers Loris

it was nice to have met you in zaarndam..... (and to have helped you building up your set )
what did you think of saga before you became a member of saga? could you ever imagine playing with saga? and: did you quit helix for beeing in saga?

Hi Brian!
How are you?
We met up in St. Leon-Rot and in Darmstadt-Weiterstadt (@ MediaMarkt) - do you remember? I'm the nutter who always begged for a drum stick from you...
Maybe you will remember me in Dexheim...
I only wanna say that you are a really cool drummer and that you fit very well to SAGA! And I also like your "Ace of Spades" in your drum solo!
CU in Dexheim!
Andy

Hi Brian,
I liked the fantastic drum solo in Bonn.
Now that we know your voice....do you think it's possible to talk Michael into letting you sing one or two lines in the "Don't be late" intro?
"Look at him running...."

Hallo Brian,

hi brian,
i was wondering if you have different "settings" (as of sounds, tunings, drum heads, hardware) for different songs? or do you rather play with the same tuning and setup for all of the songs? what sound module do you use for your electronic pads?
your sound on "trust" is very cool, distinctive while perfectly fitting to the songs and most of all well tuned and powerful. the smacking snare-sound is great.
i'm trying to get close to your sound by adjusting my set although it is a roland v-drum, so it might be hard to "imitate" an acoustic set, especially the snare. what snare(s) are you using anyway?
if you have a short pro-tip how to get the snare sound really boosting but short and crisp (tuning, type of snare etc), i really would appreciate that.
and a last one: what type of microphone do i best use for recording the cymbals and where do i position them? as i've seen some different ways, most of them were placed overhead, is that the way to go?
all the best, thanx a bunch and keep on rockin'!
robert

Hallo Brian,
Almost a year ago, after seeing you playing in Zaandam, I wished I could play drums.
Thought and dreamt about it over more than a half year. Little crazy for an almost 45 year old girl ................
Now I've had two lessons. My furniture (couch and chairs) have got another meaning than only sitting on it (asked a drumkit for my birthday).
The first days my feet thought they were hands and also the other way around. My body didn't know anymore what was my right side and was my left side.
I like it, I love it. When I'm busy there's nothing else anymore and that's a new, very relaxing and loading experience.
Thanks!
Regards,
Ineke
