Ihr Lieben, jetzt ist die Zeit angebrochen, alle die alten Platten herauszukramen und Euch nochmal an die Stellen zu erinnern, die Fragen aufwarfen. Diese werden wir dann in Beverungen die Band fragen.


So friends, it's time again to dust of old albums and remember about all those things that came to your minds when you were listening to the music. Then jot down those questions so that we can ask them in Beverungen

Who knows who is responsible for the nice 'talking-voice' in the beginning of 'Giant' on "The Beginner's Guide To Throwing Shapes". At the end of this same song, you'll also hear a different voice in an Irish accent, who's is this?

There are a lot of progessief rock bands from Canada and they are all well-known in Canada.
Why isn't Saga?

Wenn die neuen Songs entstehen, werden die dann schriftlich festgehalten?
Werden die Songs mit gespitztem Bleistift während des Entstehens aufgeschrieben?
Oder vielleicht druckt nahher ein Computer das ganze aus???
Spielt Chris seine Stücke nach Gehör, oder gibts für ihn auch Noten?

Uschi, I twice told Jim that we need lyrics for the Phase One album, but he told me he didn't have them, but just needed to listen to the album and then he could make them for us when he get home... but I guess it wouldn't harm to remind him again.

Does it makes sence, that we could write down those words that we are able to understand ? Maybe after that Jim could say if we are rigth?

Macht es Sinn, dass wir den Text selber aufschreiben, soweit wir ihn verstehen, und dann Jim nachher fragen, ob wir das alles so richtig verstanden haben?
Die Phase one CD mitzubringen ist kein Problem.

I think that's a great idea, unfortunately I lack the time of preparing this. I doubt Jim or anyone else will have time to fill in the gaps while we are in Beverungen but they might have time inbetween gigs and will be able to present us with the result by the end of the tour.

Maybe you can find the thread where (I think it was Shape and me) were trying to make the lyrics. It's an old thread on WA, but then it also must be on IAW.

I don't visit either forums. I even don't know if WA still exist, I haven't a clue, ansd I don't intend to go to the trouble to find out. If you want to make the effort ....

It's a shame really, as we contributed substancially to this forum but my peace of mind is more worth than the lyrics of Phase One
